ANNIVERSARY DICTATION SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED BY ONHP TEAM

ONHP took part in an international campaign called Total Dictation. Three hundred attendees eager to check their literacy level gathered at closed ONHP platform. Campaign participants included company employees and members of their families, university and high school students closely collaborating with ONHP.

ONHP IMPLEMENTS INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ONHP successfully undergone certification audit and received certificates of compliance with ISO 9001:2015 "Quality management systems. Requirements", ISO 14001:2015 "Environmental management systems. Requirements", OHSAS 18001:2007 "Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Requirements" standards requirements. Now ONHP is aiming at development and implementation of an integrated management system to meet new requirements of relevant international standards.

ONHP SUPPORT TOTAL LITERACY

ONHP will participate in international campaign called Total Dictation to be held on April 14, 2018. ONHP will host this event and provide a closed platform annually considered one of the most numerous in Omsk. Dictation will be read by candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of Theoretic and Applied Linguistics of Omsk State University n.a. F.M. DOSTOEVSKY (OmGU), Mrs. Elena A. NIKITINA.

BEST PRACTICES AND ADVANCED SKILLS EXCHANGE

ONHP Young Professionals Council established a Mentorship School for university students working in ONHP part-time. Next 3 months they will get acquainted with all the tricks of mentorship and will learn how to communicate with teenagers, how to inspire and motivate them, how to pass experience and teach the basis of engineering profession. ONHP students will have an opportunity to show themselves as supervisors in the course of June and July summer on-the-job-practice conducted for Omsk high school students.

ONHP. PLATFORM FOR INNER CHANGES

Mr. Igor M. ZUGA, ONHP CEO conducted a meeting with university students working part-time in ONHP. In the spotlight of the meeting were such fundamental questions as: What is determining personal success? What factors influence personal development? What principles should be adhered to in order to be one step ahead and anticipate external changes? As noted by ONHP Students Council chairman, Mr. Vladislav CHECHULIN, the meeting significantly changed the way of thinking, forced to look from a different view at education process, professional skills development and endless inner opportunities.

ONHP specialists conducted professional oriented lessons for sponsored and affiliated schools juniors and seniors. Students had a chance to get acquainted with ONHP areas of focus, get familiar with the requirements and peculiarities of engineering profession in 21 century, which the specialists seeking prestigious work in international company shall fulfil and consider.

ONHP AND GAZPROM AVTOMATIZATSIYA DEMONSTRATED SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP MODEL

On March 1, in the scope of IV International Conference "Downstream Russia-2018: construction and modernization of oil refineries, gas processing and petrochemical plants" ONHP hosted a technical visit. More than one hundred top-managers and representatives of leading oil and gas refineries, equipment and materials manufacturers, process designers and developers of software products from Russia, CIS and foreign countries participated in discussions organized by ONHP together with Gazprom avtomatizatsiya JSC on digitalization and improving the efficiency of management system. Mr. Oleg VARAKIN, EPC-Projects Implementation Department Head, Gazprom avtomatizatsiya JSC, Mr. Igor ZUGA, ONHP CEO, Mr. Vasiliy CHUGUNOV, Gazprom Neft-SM-OZSM CEO, technical visit experts, set the tone of the event.

ONHP. DOWNSTREAM RUSSIA-2018 PARTNER

ONHP is one of the partners for “Downstream Russia-2018: construction and modernization of oil refineries, gas processing and petrochemical plants” that will be held in Omsk from February 28 till March 2 and gather more than 250 representatives  from Russian and CIS oil and gas processing industries. The conference will include technical visits to leading companies of our region and ONHP will be one of the companies to be visited by conference delegates. For more than 65-years of ONHP history, thousands of facilities have been designed in our country and abroad. Today ONHP is a leading full-cycle engineering company in Russia that has a significant experience in oil and gas processing facilities design.

ONHP DELEGATION AWARDED AT ARCTIC FORUM

International Arctic Summit “Arctic and offshore projects: prospects, innovations and development of regions” was held in St. Petersburg on February 15-16 in St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University (SMTU). ONHP representatives took part in the Summit being invited by St. Petersburg Arctic Academy of Sciences in partnership with Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. GUBKIN who organized this event.
