ONHP greetings to the Best Teachers

 

ONHP praised successful results of the winners of 2016Teacher of the Year and the Classiest of Class Masters professional competitions school stage. The competitions were held in School No. 56. Mr. Igor M. ZUGA, ONHP CEO congratulated contestants and winners.

For many years ONHP has been patronizing School No. 56. Ms.Irina Hodzitskaya, School Principal says that teachers and school students consider the company specialists not merely as guests, but as partners and likeminded people. Each year students of this educational institution undergo on-the-job training in ONHP. Moreover, graduates of this school are currently employed by the company.

Mr. Igor M. ZUGA took part in official awards ceremony for the winners of the pedagogic contests which were held in the school. In his speech addressed to the teachers he emphasized the significance of such professional competitions for education system development and for elaboration of new teaching technologies. “They motivate everyone to improve their professional competences. Furthermore, they allow identifying unique pedagogic methods, distributing them and thus improving quality of educational process,” said ONHP CEO.

Teachers of various school subject and primary school teachers competed for the first rank. Eventually eight teachers reached the final of 2016Teacher of the Year contest; three other teachers won the Classiest of Class Masters competition. Contest tasks for teachers put their pedagogic skills to the test. The teachers were required to demonstrate high professional competences and creativity. Ms. Saltanat Tlenova, math teacher, winner of the competition confessed that it was challenging but very interesting to participate, and more importantly it was a valuable way to obtain new professional knowledge. «The task was not just to suggest a new idea but to make school students interested in it. I am very grateful to my colleagues. During the entire competition everyone helped and supported each other,” – the teacher shared her experience.

The efforts of the teachers were rewarded. They received diplomas and gifts from the school management and ONHP team.
