Glavgosexpertiza confirmed ONHP technical excellence
Project Design documentation and Engineering Survey deliverables developed by ONHP specialists for Hydrogen Unit Project at Gazpromneft-Omsk Refinery JSC obtained positive findings of the Russian Main Expert Review (Glavgosexpertiza). It is not the first hydrogen production unit designed by ONHP. The company’s engineers developed Hydrogen complex which is currently under construction at Rosneft-Tuapse Refinery LLC.
ONHP is Prime Designer of hydrogen production unit which is included into construction plan of Gazpromneft-Omsk Refinery JSC. According to the Client, future 12 KTA (15.5 thous. m3 per hour) hydrogen complex will totally compensate the lack of hydrogen from hydrogen production units and will improve operation consistency of hydrogen consuming units.
At the commission of Gazpromneft-Omsk Refinery JSC ONHP developed the project of future unit and performed engineering, geological and environmental survey.
As a result of expert review, project design documentation of hydrogen unit and topographical, geological engineering and environmental engineering survey obtained positive conclusion stating that project solutions suggested by ONHP in terms of industrial, environmental and fire safety, energy efficiency, construction management, design and engineering solutions and many other factors are implemented in total compliance with all required rules and technical regulations. Thus, Federal Expert Committee once again confirmed high experience level and technical excellence of ONHP engineers.
