Opinions will be heard

Community liaison offices work in Vrangel settlement (urban district of Nakhodka) and Vladimiro-Alexandrovskoe village (Partizansky District).  Residents can review the results and express their opinion regarding Environmental Impact Assessment for Far-East Petrochemical Company CJSC (ZAO VNHK).

At Phase 1 the Company shall process mixed naphtha and Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) from “Rosneft” complexes in Achinsk, Angarsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur (about 3.4 MTA). At Phase 2 the Company shall refine 7 MTA of oil from ESPO pipeline releasing naphtha, kerosene and diesel fuel. At Phase 3 the Company shall process 1.5 MTA of Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) from “Sakhalin-3” project.

The design of one of the biggest petrochemical complexes in the world for Far-East Petrochemical Company CJSC (ZAO VNHK) is performed by OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT JSC (ONHP). 

At present ZAO VNHK has entered the stage of public hearings. Thus, Community liaison offices work in Vrangel settlement (urban district of Nakhodka) and Vladimiro-Alexandrovskoe village (Partizansky District). Their purpose is to gather opinion of citizens regarding the results of Environmental Impact Assessment of petrochemical company. The specialists of Far-East Petrochemical Company CJSC (ZAO VNHK), ANGARSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT JSC (ANHP) and OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT JSC (ONHP) are willing to answer any question regarding this document. Moreover, public hearings will be held in these residential areas in the course of public consultations.
