WELCOME DAY AT ONHP

On April 28, 2021 Welcome day for 9th-11th graders of educational institutions in Omsk and Omsk region was held at ONHP as a part "School-University-Company" training program.

ONHP personnel training system is focused on needs of real sector of region economy and country. During the meeting Igor M. Zuga, CEO, addressing schoolchildren, noted that in the XXI century the decisive factor for training of future staff is involvement of potential employees into profession since school-days.

Teachers, students and parents who attended the event had an opportunity to learn about key activities of the company, all stages of "School-University-Company” program, to feel themselves a part of the work process while visiting company departments.

At the end of the meeting ONHP young specialists, yesterday's participants of "School-University-Company" program, answered questions of children and invited them to take part in summer on-the-job training and Research and Engineering Conference, which ONHP holds annually in November-December.
