Voice of ONHP at Youth Forum in Atyrau

Representatives of ONHP company took part in “KAZENERGY –  leadership and innovation” Youth Forum arranged within the framework of XI Forum of cross-border cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 20-30 in Atyrau city (the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Employees of the company, namely Elena N. Turusheva, Anton D. Remnev and Mikhail M. Naboka brilliantly demonstrated their skills at the Youth Forum Foresight-Sessions "Young Oil Workers are becoming professionals". ONHP Participants reports were devoted to programs implemented within the company to support young professionals and establish an HR Pool:

-Dual education program,
-Young professionals committee establishment,
-Youth Expert Council,
-ONHP-Kids.
Anton D. Remnev, Chairman of ONHP Young Professionals Council, who reported at the forum, expressed his opinion about the past event:
- Youth Forum in Atyrau became a platform for experience exchange between the leaders of Youth Organizations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. I am proud to say that ONHP is conducting high-level activities aimed at the establishment of next generation of professionals. Therefore, the reports of our specialists have caused such a keen interest and abundance of questions. Most of the companies are just starting to think about the establishment of programs that have been successfully implemented in ONHP for many years.

It is also very significant and far-sighted that the forum between Russia and Kazakhstan is accompanied by the discussion of companies’ youth organizations, which determine the future of these companies. At the end of the Youth Forum, the participants signed a memorandum on "Cooperation and understanding between youth organizations in the petroleum and energy industries," which was another step towards the development of productive cooperation between our countries.
