Regular Meeting of Board of Directors was conducted in PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT on May 30, 2015.

One of agenda issues was related to suspension of the power of PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT sole executive body from Mr. Andrey L. GONCHAROV starting from June 01, 2015.

The Council adopted a decision to suspend the power of PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT sole executive body from Mr. Andrey L. GONCHAROV starting from June 01, 2015 till the date when decision on early termination of the power of PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT sole executive body from Mr. Andrey L. GONCHAROV is taken by ONHP General Stockholders Meeting. 

From June 01, 2015 till the date when decision on early termination of the power of PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT sole executive body from Mr. Andrey L. GONCHAROV and on the establishment of a new first sole executive body of PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT is taken by ONHP General Stockholders Meeting, Ms. Olga V. VOROBYEVA, ONHP Financial Director will be ONHP General Director ad interim.
