ONHP Young Professionals Participated in Adaptation Training

From March 12 till March 14, 2015 ONHP freshmen participated in a 3-days adaptation training aimed at efficient cooperation skills development, arrangement of positive environment, mutual support and assistance.

ONHP Young Professionals which participated in Adaptation Training shared their opinions on this event:

-This training became an important event aimed at creating strong bonds of friendship between the young professionals of our year, taught us to work as a team, to make decisions quickly and to find out solutions for non-typical tasks. The seminar provided an opportunity to improve skills in escaping negative situations, in time-management and leadership skills. All this will be useful both in the work and in the future life. (D.V.Muravev, General Engineering and Best Practices Department)

-This training played a significant role in the establishment of friendly atmosphere of mutual understanding in our team. Theoretical and practical modules of the training were very interesting because of non-typical working situations, unexpected assignments and high-quality hand-outs. This education was highly praised and evaluated by all the participants! (K.A. Rzhanitsyna, Planning Department)

-I enjoyed the training, conducted for young professionals. Up-to-date knowledge that I gained are already applicable to my profession. The brightest impressions I had from creative competitions, while the most useful are practical skills received during the training on how to deal with conflict situations. (N.V. Dyakonov, Mechanical Engineering Department)
