ONHP Social Projects

On December 02, 2021 a seminar was held in ONHP for teachers of city and regional schools related to “Tools for schoolchildren functional literacy formation” in the framework of the XII International Conference "Gas chemistry. Petrochemistry. Towards green future”, annually held by the company.

These activities are part of the target program for professional training and adaptation to engineering professions "School-University-Company". The seminar speaker, Deputy Director of CERM.RU Educational Online Platform Ms. Irina S. Yuzhakova (Yekaterinburg), introduced the participants with the methods of how to support studying motivation, tools for the formation of functional literacy, independence and self-organization as well as the ability for team-work.

Also at the seminar teachers learnt about a new social initiative of ONHP. This year the company together with the Omsk Philharmony launched another social project aimed at developing creativity of school and university students, as well as their ability for innovative thinking. Ms. Irina B. Lapshina, Director of Omsk Philharmonic Society, announced Pushkin Card Program to the teachers for popularizing cultural events among young people and explained how to become a program participant.

Professional Transformation Round Table

On December 3, 2021, within the framework of the XII International Conference "Gas Chemistry. Petrochemistry. Towards Green Future", a round table related to the "Professional Transformation" was held. The Round Table was attended by representatives of companies, universities, colleges, general education, additional education and business organizations. The roundtable participants discussed issues related to the competencies of engineers of the future, the international professional qualifications of engineers and the need to use a multidisciplinary approach to train technical specialists in universities.
