ONHP R&D Director made a report at Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum

The 12^th Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum was arranged in Krasnoyarsk from February 26 till February 28, 2015 with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation. This forum traditionally opens up a public and business season in the beginning of the year in Russia.

P.P. Spirin, Cand. Sc. in Geography, R&D Director, Head of ONHP Research Engineering Center for Area Development and Maritime Spatial Planning (St. Petersburg) made a report in the plenary session of “ARCTICS RECLAMATION: INFRASTRUCTURAL ASPECT” section. His report was dedicated to the approaches to generate integrated infrastructure development of Arctic Region and Sea Shelf of the Russian Federation”.
