ONHP participated in the discussion of Decree Draft of the Government of the Russian Federation on optimization of requirements related to Project Design Documentation content and composition

IV Forum of Self-Regulated Organizations of surveyors, designers and expert organizations was held in Omsk on March 31, 2015. List of Forum participants included National Association of Designers (Moscow), Builders of Russia Union (Moscow), Ministry of Construction, Transportation and housing services and utilities of Omsk Region, Union of Constructors of Omsk Region, Department for Architecture, Town Planning and Property Management of Omsk city, SRO NGP SPAS representatives, ONHP Chief Engineer and Department Heads, other delegates from RF cities which represent design, survey and expert organizations.

Project Participants discussed Decree Draft of the Government of the Russian Federation “On amendments to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 16, 2008 No.87” which regulates the content and composition of Detailed Design Documentation. The draft stipulates significant amendments into the Decree which caused wide response among practicing designers, therefore the most significant and timely step was to discuss and make proposals on optimization of amendments which Forum participants had a chance to do during the event.

The result of the discussion was a resolution which included proposals to be submitted for review to the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation in order to take a final decision on the enactment of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On amendments to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 16, 2008 No.87” “On the content of Project Design Documentation Sections and requirements to the composition hereof”.
