ONHP at International IT-Forum of BRICS and SCO countries
In the course of the Seventh International IT-Forum the Department of Strategic and Spatial Planning of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation arranged a strategic session related to “IT-solutions for strategic and spatial planning" which was held on July 7, 2015 in Khanty-Mansiysk. This session was moderated by Mr. Pavel P. Spirin, General Director of PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT.
