ONHP expert opinion at the meeting held to discuss draft federal law “On amending Federal Law “On the Territories of Advanced Social and Economic Development in the Russian Federation”

On April 29, 2015 ONHP representative took part in the expert meeting chaired by Mr. Kirill I. Stepanov, Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for development of the Far East, to discuss draft federal law “On amending Federal Law “On the Territories of Advanced Social and Economic Development in the Russian Federation”. At this meeting ONHP representative expressed an opinion revealing the necessity to develop legal regulation of maritime spatial planning institute and to compile its basic provisions in separate regulatory act.

Issues of maritime spatial planning are actively being discussed at the moment within the Council of Federation, in the Committee of the Council of Federation on the Development of the Russian Legislation on Engineering and Engineers’ Activity.
