ONHP Board Meeting

On January 16, 2015 the meeting of ONHP Board of Directors was held. One of the items on the agenda was to discuss the new revision of the Company Charter which was prepared basing on the last amendments to the Civil code of the Russian Federation and the Federal law “On Joint Stock Companies”.
