ONHP and REINERTSEN AS: Towards Cooperation

The delegation included Mr. Torkild R. Reinertsen, General Director and Owner of REINERTSEN AS,  Mr. Per Erling Lund, Section lead for Structural and Piping disciplines and Mr. Anton Tolvanen, Engineering Manager Reinertsen NWR. In ONHP the guests got acquainted with Russian Company Key Competences and discussed potential cooperation options at projects execution. In particular, the keynote of the discussion was Engineering, Construction and Operation of the facilities at Russian continental shelf.

ONHP is entering Russian market of oil and gas fields facilities design at continental shelf of Arctic Region Russian part. Therefore, REINERTSEN AS is a strategic partner for ONHP in the sphere of offshore technologies development within Russian area. 

The meeting among Mr. Torkild R. Reinertsen, General Director and Owner of REINERTSEN AS, Mr. Viktor I. Nazarov, Omsk Region Governor, Mr. Vyacheslav Yu. Sinyugin, First Deputy of the Chairman of the Government of Omsk Region and Mr. Andrey L. Goncharov, ONHP General Director was held in Omsk Region Government. The Parties signed a Memorandum of Intent to ensure the provision of the Arctic Region with Russian industrial, scientific and technical products. The region is willing to supply resources, technologies, products and human resources for implementation of large-scale projects of Arctic Region development. The issues of Siberian region engineering and industrial potential integration into the settlement of state target of Social and Economic Development of the Arctic Region will be reflected in one of the sections of III Congress of Engineers of Siberia to be held on May 29-30, 2014 in Omsk. Mr. Viktor I. Nazarov, Omsk Region Governor invited Mr. Torkild R. Reinertsen, General Director and Owner of REINERTSEN AS to participate in such event.

REINERTSEN AS is one of the leading companies in the world designing subsea transportation systems for oil and gas industries. Company specialists execute projects both at Norway continental shelf and at platforms around the world providing engineering services at oil and gas fields in Russia, Brazil and Australia. A comprehensive, multifunctional engineering office was established in Murmansk to develop shelf oil and gas projects engaging Russian engineers, having undergone on-the-job training in the head office of REINERTSEN AS located in Trondheim, Kingdom of Norway.

The head of REINERTSEN AS Norwegian company declared willingness to cooperate with Omsk partners. Mr. Torkild R. Reinertsen made a memorable note in ONHP Book of Honorable Guests, namely “We have had a very interesting meeting and hope for the best cooperation and mutual success in the future”.
