Goncharov, who is the head of Fundamental Design of Chemical-Engineering Systems Faculty, entered State Examination Board on graduation thesis appraisal under the program of higher education at Chemical-Engineering Faculty of Omsk State University n.a. F.M. Dostoevsky specializing in “Chemical Technology of Natural Energy Sources and Carbon Materials” as well as “Chemical Engineering” (Bachelor's program).
