New ONHP Charter has been approved

On April 16, 2015 Annual Stockholders Meeting has approved new edition of ONHP Charter. Significant amendments were introduced in the document due to new provisions of RF Civil Code relevant to Joint Stock Companies, which came into effect recently.

In particular, ONHP became a Public Joint Stock Company where a second sole executive body, namely Cooperated Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO), has been selected. Mr. Pavel P. SPIRIN, Cand. Sc. in Geography, R&D Director, Former Head of ONHP Research Engineering Center for Area Development and Maritime Spatial Planning (St. Petersburg) was elected to this position by shareholders.

Company with two or more directors is not a new phenomenon for the World Corporate Practice. ONHP describes itself as a company contributing its best efforts to pursue the strategy of world-leading advanced techniques and is one of the first companies in its sphere to implement the principle called "Two in the box ".
