Engineer is a prospective profession

Such career guidance lessons were held for the first time in Omsk educational institutions last year. In 2012 the lessons were held in 10 educational institutions, whereas this year young professionals attended 25 schools. 800 students from 9-11 Grades got acquainted with the profession of an engineer and with “School-University-Company” program.

 Summer internship in ONHP arisen great interest among students. Young professionals told students about the peculiarities of first acquaintance with the Company: computerized workstation, design techniques study and interactions between various departments.

ONHP has been implementing a program “School- University-Company” for 10 years. Technical classes are arranged in secondary educational institutions. High school students undergo summer internship in ONHP’s production departments. Very close cooperation is arranged with students of main specializations. The best specialists are awarded with employment contracts. Training of engineers which start straight from school is an integral part of ONHP’s HR policy, as far as the future of world engineering depends on young professionals.
