On May 15, International Day of Family, the youngest participants of the School-University-Company Program, Kids stage - kindergarten children and their parents attended the holiday called "Mom, Dad and me: we are an engineering family".
All ONHP employees took part in the spring Cleanup Day. The area around ONHP Head Office changed very quickly including the territory of kindergarten No. 283 and minipark named after Aleksei S. Petukhov, which are traditionally included in the cleaning scope.

NEFTEGAZ exhibition is one of the ten world-largest oil and gas shows. The event is arranged by Expocentre JSC supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. 350 companies from 15 countries took part in NEFTEGAZ 2022. The exhibition area was 35,000 m2.

On March 24, 2022 ONHP Elite Engineering Training Center gave the next lesson of the Chemical Engineering School. It took place in the laboratory of Omsk State Technical University. The students got acquainted how to operate modern equipment.
Since 2001 ONHP has been implementing SCHOOL - UNIVERSITY – ENTERPRISE, a unique career guidance program. Since this year, at the initiative of Igor M. Zuga, ONHP CEO, the program will include another stage, a kindergarten.
