ONHP Revealed a Secret which Gasoline is the Best

VIII International Research & Engineering Technology Conference was successfully completed in PAO ONHP. Traditionally, School and University Students Section was conducted on the last day of conference. School and University Students shared their scientific reports and engineering researches with Board of Jury and Experts. This year the youngest participants of the conference were 3rd Year School Students of State Funded Educational Institution School No. 25 Ms. Marina PENKOVA and Mr. Vladislav GERGERT.

Plenary Sessions opened the conference. PAO ONHP Chief Engineer,  Mrs. Luybov Ya. DERYABINA and D.Sc. in Engineering, Omsk State Technical University Professor, Mr. Vasiliy KHOMCHENKO cheered future scientists and perspective engineers. Main discussion were broken down into sections.

According to Board of Jury and Experts, among whom were ONHP Basic Faculties and leading institutes leaders, representatives of industrial companies of the region, the conference is rejuvenating every year.  Just a while ago, the youngest attendees were High School Students, but now it has been the second year when Junior School Students demonstrate their first engineering researches and together with High School Students participate in all discussions and, as noted by conference guests, set a special drive for the whole event.

“Incredible motivation, optimism and creativity in solving challenging tasks got the audience in utter delight," shares one expert. “We should also pay tribute to research advisors supervising works of their pupils as well as invaluable contribution of parents who found strength and desire not only to support, but also to help their children in the development of projects. In addition to the relevance and depth of topics elaboration, the jury also noted practical importance of works, and non-typical approaches to tasks solving.”

“I want to believe that our little scientists will not lose their enthusiasm and will continue their study of science and carry on started projects. Today's schoolchildren is our future, and the more such active children will participate in events of this kind, the brighter, more interesting and more positive will be our view of life!”, declared Mrs. Lyubov Ya. Deryabina, PAO ONHP Chief Engineer.

Conference experts also shared their opinion:

Mrs. Kseniya A. SMIRNOVA, Cat. 3 Economist, Planning and Economic Department, “Chemistry and Engineering” section moderator, “Young researchers who took part in “Chemistry and Engineering” section of VIII International Research & Engineering Technology Conference caused a sensation with their outstanding reports and creative approaches to topics elaboration. It is interesting that all reports were supported by practical research and creation of experimental designs of their inventions and subjects of research. The sequence of thoughts presentation, innovations, scientific approach to the matter and competent answers to audience questions is something that so favorably emphasized each speaker. We wish all participants and their scientific supervisors inspiration, creative successes and new scientific discoveries.”

Mrs. Tolkyn S. SADBEKOVA, Process Engineering Department Engineer, New Production Technologies Section Expert, “New production technologies” section reports, bringing up a wide range of actual questions, were substantial and practically applicable in their field. I would like to especially note in-depth study of material by all participants, as well as profound and informative discussions, setting up labor-intensive tasks for the next year.”

Mrs. Ekaterina DURANDINA, Civil Engineering Department No. 1 Engineer, “Chemistry and Engineering” Section Expert, “It is the second time I was invited to ONHP conference as an expert. And just like last year I participated in “Chemistry and Engineering” School Students Section. All the reports impressed me significantly. Even the youngest participants actively shared their opinions. They volunteered to make reports and with even more desire responded to rather complicated experts questions. Each attendee demonstrated work results and it was the most memorable part of the conference. “Magnet crane can easily manage the consequences of nuclear accidents”, such declaration was made by State Funded Educational Institution School No. 18 Student. School No. 25 student revealed the secret of the best oil in Omsk region and shared her investigation results with conference participants. The conference uniting school students always leaves a positive footprint in conference history. It raises many profound issues faced during the design of oil refining and petrochemical facilities.”
