PAO GAZPROM AUTOMATION AND ONHP AGREED ON COOPERATION IN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AREA

Memorandum of Cooperation in Research and Development Area was signed between Mr. Dmitry ZHURAVLEV, PAO Gazprom Automation General Director and Mr. Igor M. ZUGA, ONHP CEO during the 7th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum (PMGF-2017). Memorandum laid the foundations for close cooperation between companies that are currently implementing one of the largest projects at Gazpromneft-ONPZ JSC.

Memorandum is aimed at joint solutions for technical and commercial needs, development of measures for the improvement of trade, economic, scientific and technical relations, presentation of developments and projects in the field of digitalization of companies in the oil and gas sector of economy at international and Russian events, implementation of joint projects using intellectual properties of each party.

The document signed at the forum in St. Petersburg was the starting point for a new direction of interaction between companies. Today, Gazprom Automation and ONHP are carrying out a project at Omsk Refinery, where a large-scale revamp is underway, involving the construction of new facilities, renovation of production facilities considering strict environmental requirements. The parties express confidence that reached agreement will open broad prospects for both companies and is the impetus to expand interaction area.
