ONHP expert opinion at the meeting held to discuss draft federal law “On amending Federal Law “On the Territories of Advanced Social and Economic Development in the Russian Federation”

On April 29, 2015 ONHP representative took part in the expert meeting chaired by Mr. Kirill I. Stepanov, Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for development of the Far East, to discuss draft federal law “On amending Federal Law “On the Territories of Advanced Social and Economic Development in the Russian Federation”. At this meeting ONHP representative expressed an opinion revealing the necessity to develop legal regulation of maritime spatial planning institute and to compile its basic provisions in separate regulatory act.

New ONHP Charter has been approved

On April 16, 2015 Annual Stockholders Meeting has approved new edition of ONHP Charter. Significant amendments were introduced in the document due to new provisions of RF Civil Code relevant to Joint Stock Companies, which came into effect recently.
