As an international engineering company, ONHP is interested in highly professional engineering personnel. For more than 15 years, ONHP is setting trends for the development of engineers training system starting straight from school. In 2016, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the regional Ministry of Education, ONHP and Singapore's Educare International Consultancy, introducing Singapore method of teachers training in Omsk region. “It is not about teaching, it is about sharing the best world practices that Singapore successfully collects and adapts. What we are going to do with Omsk citizens is fully correlated with Russian culture”, - emphasizes Mike Tiruman, president of the Union of Teachers of Singapore.

Practical implementation of this document started two years later. Acting Governor of Omsk Region, Alexander Burkov and ONHP CEO, Mr. Igor Zuga, discussed the strategy of Educare International Consultancy and region cooperation development in May 2018 in the frame of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Acting Governor supported the idea of innovative investments in Omsk school.
