High school and university students have an opportunity to undertake internship in ONHP production departments. The best students are awarded with employment contracts.

Moreover, ONHP widely cooperates with foreign companies and institutes. The geography of our international contacts expands year by year covering CIS and far-abroad countries and Serbia among them.

Thus, ONHP opened its Branch Office in the Republic of Serbia. In addition, ONHP and University of Belgrade concluded a Cooperation Agreement and in August 2012 students from this university undertook on-the-job training.
