Effective management of EPC-projects requires clear and well-defined methodology. A 4-day seminar "Project Management of EPC Projects" was held in ONHP for the attention of Project Chief Engineers, Department Heads and company specialists. This unique seminar was held by Mr. G.P.Chernetsov, consulting coach, MBA and RME. 

Company employees gained knowledge relevant to management of investment projects following contract strategy for implementation of major investment construction projects, selection of EPC contractors, structuring, planning, concluding and executing EPC contracts.

The core and the most important part of the course were training sessions aimed at problem solving of investment construction projects management.
 
Participants of the seminar highly appreciated applicability and practical significance of gained knowledge. Undergone training in the full scope will contribute to the development of professional competencies and improve the quality of the tasks which the company team faces.
