ONHP’s subdivision in St. Petersburg will implement Perm Region Spatial Planning Project

PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT (ONHP) Research Engineering Center for Area Development and Maritime Spatial Planning located in St. Petersburg won an open tender for a government contract to perform preparation works to introduce the changes in Perm Region Spatial Planning.

Research Engineering Center is ONHP’s subdivision. It consists of high-qualified and experienced specialists, whose professional expertise includes more than 300 scientific and design works. Their projects were implemented almost at the entire territory of the Russian Federation. Project designs of Research Engineering Center staff were used in various countries, for example in Finland, Bulgaria, Syria, North Korea, Iraq, Mongolia etc.

Currently in the scope of Russian-German Cooperation Agreement with the assistance of the German Ministry for environmental landscaping and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation ONHP Research Engineering Center implement a joint project on sharing experience of spatial and environmentally oriented planning with German Institute of Spatial Planning (Dresden).
