ONHP’s subdivision in Saint-Petersburg has completed Altay Krai spatial planning

 PAO OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT (ONHP) Research Engineering Center for Area Development and Maritime Spatial Planning in St. Petersburg, which is one of ONHP’s subdivisions, has completed modification of spatial planning diagrams for Altay region and Barnaul metropolitan area.

 Both projects were implemented comprehensively. Currently, Alexander Karlin, Governor of Altai Krai, has signed relevant decree on approval of modified Barnaul metropolitan area spatial planning diagram. Similar document related to whole Altai Krai is currently in progress.

 Modifications into spatial planning diagram have been introduced pursuant to sub-federal entity strategic development plans. According to Research Engineering Center for Area Development and Maritime Spatial Planning specialists, who worked on this project, nowadays rational spatial planning is one of the methods for effective and stable area development and their investment opportunities.
