ONHP visit to Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery LLP

Mr. Igor M. ZUGA, ONHP CEO, accompanied by Mrs. Lyubov Y. DERYABINA, ONHP Chief Engineer, visited Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery LLP to attend summary meeting of POCR Upgrading Project.

The meeting summarized intermediate outcomes from Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery Upgrading Project and was attended by representatives of the companies performing engineering, construction and installation works to implement this project which purpose is to provide energy supply security, to improve production efficiency, to reduce petroleum, oil and lubricants import rate from neighboring countries and to start production of K-4, K-5 emission class fuel.

ONHP is developing Detailed Design Documentation for POCR Utilities and Offsite Facilities, detailed design to reconstruct gasoline, kerosene and diesel Hydrotreaters and performing engineering support of POCR Upgrading Project i.e. ONHP coordinates all upgrading solutions for all start-up complexes as Prime Designer.

Within the meeting POCR representatives introduced works progress report and discussed plans up to the end of 2016. Moreover meeting attendees visited construction sites of the Refinery under modernization.
