Mr. Igor M. ZUGA, ONHP CEO, Expert of International Arctic Summit

International Arctic Summit "Arctic and offshore projects: prospects, innovations and development of regions" will take place in St. Petersburg on February 15-16, 2018. Mr. Igor M.ZUGA will participate as an expert of the Summit.

ONHP CEO was invited to the International Arctic Summit by St. Petersburg Arctic Academy of Sciences in partnership with Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. GUBKIN who organized this event. Summit program will include plenary session, panel discussions, round table discussions and Mr. Igor M. ZUGA will visit this event as an Expert. Particularly, one of the discussions will be aimed at statutory support of arctic projects development. Being an existing member of RF Arctic and Antarctic Council, Mr. Igor M. ZUGA by active participation in this event makes a significant contribution in the development of regulatory and legal framework for continental shelf and arctic area.
