Mr. Igor M. ZUGA: Basic innovative solutions will be made at the interface of sciences

Within Interregional Students Forum which brought together representatives of almost 20 Russian regions Mr. Igor M. ZUGA, ONHP CEO, had a discussion with the students regarding human resourcing for high-tech companies and integration of science and real economy.

The forum was arranged by the Commission of Science and Innovations of the Council for Youth Affairs at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Russian Union of Student Organizations, All-Russian Club of Young Researchers and Dostoevsky Omsk State University. Within three days chemical, economic, historical and law students representing almost 20 regions of Russia discussed issues of human resourcing for high-tech companies, integration of student knowledge and real economy, as well as promising fields of science, projects and procedures to build professional competences.

Forum participants included ONHP young specialists who made reports and told about School-University-Company program developed by the company 15 years ago and currently implemented at 11 patronized schools together with the leading regional institutions of higher education. The specialists also shared their experience of scientific activities.

At the Forum Mr. Igor M. ZUGA acted as an expert and speaker. As he said, it is the science which currently propels scientific and technical progress.

- The fact that Russia achieved global technological leadership is closely connected with the necessity of scientific innovations - said ONHP CEO. – And I am sure that major innovative solutions will be made at the interface of sciences covering a very broad range of fields.

Moreover, speaking on the cooperation between companies and higher education institutions, Mr. Igor M. ZUGA highlighted that “it is possible to achieve a significant effect in personnel training system development only if business community takes part of responsibility”.
