Industry and Commerce Chamber President highly appreciated Mr. Igor M. Zuga participation in Business Council

The President of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mr. Sergey N. Katyrin expressed his gratitude to ONHP CEO, Mr. Igor M. Zuga for active participation in the Russian-Kazakhstan Business Council, which took place in Omsk on November 6, 2019 as a part of XVI Interregional Cooperation Forum.

 “Search for strategic directions and identification of barriers to the development of trade and economic cooperation are in the spotlight of bipartite agenda and your speech made it possible to fill the event with interesting theoretical and practical content,” the President of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry addresses ONHP CEO.

 Mr. Igor M. Zuga report, presented at the Business Council, was dedicated to a vital topic - harmonization of legislation in the field of engineering activities within the Eurasian Economic Union. The speech was based on extensive practical experience of interaction between ONHP and petrochemical companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

“The formation of a model law on engineering activities in the scope of CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly legislation will enable to prepare and accept relevant national laws of the Commonwealth countries,” Mr. Igor M. Zuga is sure, “Such laws can establish a list of requirements for engineering companies.”

 In fact, the development of Commonwealth countries’ engineering legislation will form a field of opportunities for joint activities of engineering companies on large-scale projects. It is extremely important for the construction and modernization of large oil and gas chemical complexes, offshore oil production and implementation of Arctic oil and gas projects with severe conditions and long implementation periods.
