A Glimpse of Young Specialists’ Future

This is it! All marks are given, all results are finalized. Season 2 of on-the-job-training for school students is finished. 

On July 31 trainees of second 2014 Season participated in a Summary Concert symbolizing the completion of their training in ONHP. They demonstrated versatile talents, namely: recited the poems, sang songs, danced, played sketches devoted to the company where they had received their first work experience. And it is no wonder! The profession of engineer includes, in fact, a lot of creativity.  

Within this month school students managed to get a glimpse of the future, to see themselves as adults when they after having graduated from higher education institutions with the diplomas of different specialists, will enter the adulthood and will start working as engineers, economists, programmers and other important specialists. They still have to learn many things, but today school students have already received their first employment records and the first salary for their conscientious work in ONHP. School students with the highest scores will get an opportunity to undergo an internship in ONHP as university students.

Thus, ONHP prepares young manpower to solve complex international engineering tasks starting from an early age. Our trainees are the best school students of the city, they are a strategic personnel reserve of the company. The future of engineering depends on those who will work in ONHP in the nearest future. Therefore those who aim to be the best of the best from school days tomorrow will become specialists of ONHP.

Season of 2014 summer on-the-job-training for schools students is completed, but next year ONHP will again throw the door open before young specialists.
