Engineers Plan EPC-Projects

An individual consultant on projects planning and management, Mr. Gennady Chernetsov, MBA, held a series of consultations on "EPC-Projects Management for ONHP specialists”.

ONHP Engineers plan "turnkey"  projects pursuant to EPC-contracts format, which includes execution of works under the project, selection and procurement of materials and equipment, construction, installation and pre-commissioning.

Engineering stipulates for continuous renovation and growth of research, technological and engineering potential, introduction of new technologies in manufacturing and development of unique know-hows. ONHP is always willing to extend their professional competencies by various means including seminars and consulting-sessions.

This February Mr. Gennady Chernetsov conducted “Design Planning. EPC Projects Management” seminars in ONHP. In the course of his recent visit, he consulted ONHP engineers based on plans of real projects.

- During the consulting sessions we discussed such issues as deadlines, price, risks, quality, staff and communications management in the course of EPC projects planning based on real examples. I would like to mention high professional level of company specialists. In our country EPC-contracts are still not very widespread and I think that ONHP in its project works applies “experts knowledge capturing” approach and is open for external consultations which is a big advantage, - highlighted an individual consultant on projects planning and management, Mr. Gennady Chernetsov.
