Engineering and construction. What’s next? ONHP to show

International Science & Engineering Technology Conference “Engineering. Future Outlook” will be held at ONHP on October 28 to 29, 2016 in the Omsk region. The event is arranged by ONHP Corporate University as Head Host company and Omsk universities under the auspices of the regional Ministry of Industry, Transport and Innovative Technologies . Representatives of Russian companies from Omsk, Tomsk, Kazan, Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Astrakhan and other Russian regions, Republic of Serbia and Republic of Kazakhstan applied to participate in the conference. Scientists, economists, state bodies and business representatives will act as experts.

In 2016 Science & Engineering Technology Conference will be run for the seventh time. In contrast to the previous years this year the conference will be held at two sites – at ONHP headquarters in Omsk and at ONHP Research Engineering Center for Area Development and Maritime Spatial Planning in Saint Petersburg.

Each year the event level is rising, the number of attendees is increasing and the amount of participating regions and countries is expanding. Due to these criteria this year the Science & Engineering Technology Conference was awarded international status. The conference consists of plenary meeting and several sessions regarding engineering and technical solutions at designing facilities of oil and gas refining, chemical and petrochemical industries, information modeling of industrial facilities and energy-efficient technologies. In Saint Petersburg participants will discuss issues regarding urban planning culture to perform architectural, planning and construction renewal of historically developed industrial areas.

Plenary meeting will start with two key presentations: the first one will be introduced by Mr. Alexander B. IDRISOV, Strategy Partners Group President, who will light up the future of engineering and construction; the second presentation will be introduced by Mr. Sergey D. MITYAGIN, ONHP Chief Architect, who will speak on strategy of urban planning development in Russia. Import substitution issues using the example of ONHP and Siberian Mechanical Engineering non-commercial partnership cooperation will be also discussed within plenary meeting.

The conference will be finished with roundtable discussion “Engineering and Education: Reality and Prospects”.
