A "round table" discussion dedicated to the topic: "Towards integrated maritime uses management: legislative drafting activities and practical initiatives" was conducted in the scope of XIV All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in Russian Regions and Cities", which was held in St. Petersburg on October 19-20, 2015. This event was arranged by Research Engineering Center (REC) for area development and maritime spatial planning of PAO "OMSKNEFTEKHIMPROEKT" (ONHP) with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development, NIIP Gradostroitelstva JSC. The event was held by Mr. Pavel P. Spirin, ONHP R&D Director, Head of Research Engineering Center (REC) for area development and maritime spatial planning and Mr. Sergey D. Mityagin, honored architect of the Russian Federation, ONHP project Chief Architect.
