Opening of a Sports Ground

On July 30, 2012 the Pobeda sports complex was opened to support the national movement “The Street Sports”. It is located in 75th Gvardeyskaya bridaga St. 14-14a. It is symbolic that it was opened the same day when the big sports marathon of the 30th Olympic Games started in London.

Serbian school children started their internship at ONHP

On August 1, 2012 the Serbian school children started their internship at ONHP. As they arrived we showed them the institute. During this excursion they could choose the department for their future internship. The first day we told our guests about the foundation of Omsk, brought them to such historic sites as Omsk fortress and Bukhgolts square. They asked us questions and took an active part in the conversation. Our guests visited as well the famous History Museum named after Dostoevsky, they were entertained by the excursion and got interested in the historic facts.

Conference of Young Scientists and Specialists “From Project Engineering to Construction Engineering”

In October 2012 ONHP holds the conference “From Project Engineering to Construction Engineering” aimed at the wide application of the interscience approach to scientific and technical development work. We invited representatives of oil refining and oil and gas plants, producers of equipment and materials, construction organizations, engineering companies, financial institutes, scientific and educational sector companies to participate in the event. Representatives of the biggest higher educational institutions of Omsk will take an active part in the work of the conference editorial board.

Developing International Relations

In the period between 18.06.12. and 06.07.12. ONHP opened the second season of field internship for the third year students of Atyrau Oil and Gas Institute of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the speciality in Chemical Technology: Murat S. Kurmangaliev, Nursultan M. Jumagaziev and Sagi B. Bekbaev. M.S. Kurmangaliev and N.M. Jumagaziev took their internship in the integration technological department and S.B. Bekbaev did it in the processing department.

On June 22, 2012 a friendly match between the team of university students and school students taking their internship at the plant and the team of ONHP young specialists was held on the football field in front of the institute.
